I’m starting an ongoing group/class on establishing and maintaining healthy personal as well as business relationships. Some of the topics we’ll be covering include:
- Building better self-esteem and greater awareness. You can’t love someone else if you don’t love yourself first!
- Establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries. Sometimes you gotta say NO! And it’s okay!
- The best relationships are the ones you don’t need. What is co-dependency and how can we move through and beyond it?
- What are positive behaviors? What are negative ones and how much do you have to put up with?
- What do my parents and my siblings have to do with how I am?
I’ll do an introductory group session followed by an ongoing series of classes covering a wide variety of interesting and valuable empowerment building lessons.
